yea they slow down. You have to increase calorie intake to make the gains start again because of the extra pounds you put on.
Some yes, some no...its all different person to person. I think its fair to say that you prob have to increase the dosage from time to time to keep the gains coming, along with food intake and the usual.
Ya, mine plateaued at 7 weeks. started bangin down more food, and gains started again. it was fun.
