    Knots?????

    Ive got too hard areas in my glutes,in the exact spot where ive been doing my shots.Ive left them alone for about 10 days now-but theyre still there.They dont hurt and arent swollen-but theyre buggin me bigtime.What exactly is a knot,do they go???or are these lumps something more serious............ like a sterile abcess perhaps??
