    Arrow 5th week results, what do you think ?

    I just thought i would post how my cycle is going so far. Ive had some problems, but all in all i think i am very happy with how things are going. When i started 5 weeks ago i was 5-5 , 225 at 16%. Ive been running 500mg test e, 400 mg deca . It felt like it started to kick in towards the middle of the 3rd week. As of today i was 225.5, but at 13%. Although im supposed to be bulking, and i eat a ton, i am very happy with this. The mirror shows a huge difference. I guess 8lbs of lean is great right? obviously some is water weight, but i have gained about 20lbs on my bench, and 30 on squats. But um...what do you guys think? In your opinion is this going good ?Oh, i'll try to post some pics later

    My friend is doing the same cycle and his bench went up 20lbs on the 3rd day... he has been on deca for a while though prolly his 3rd or 4th week on the deca

    from experience with test cyp and deca you will notice a massive overall difference at around the 5-6 week into it. I'm running Test Cyp at 1000mg/week with 100mg A50 ed for the last week and a half and things are starting to boom. Sure the A50 has a lot to do with that though.

    by the looks of it you might want to up the calories if you are bulking
