Ok, here it is, I am around 5'10" and weight about 155lbs. I have been working out for around a 2 years now off and on because of school and work. I am beginning to take my diet and health seriously now. I have just turned 21 and need some advice. Please excuse my ignorance on any of the issues for I don't really have knowledge on the steroid subject. My current diet is 5 meals a day, high in carbs, calories, and protein. The problem is I have never seen the results I wanted, which ultimately led to me stop working out. I have been serious for about 6 months now and I have been looking at something to boost me or help me gain that muscle that I am lacking. I have been looking at many products and don't want any **** that's gonna mess me up. Have you used these products? What shoud I use? Does anyone have an example of their diet to assist these supplements? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!!! Direct me to any sources.....
