I am consuming somewhere between 450-475g of protein ED. I drink plenty of water, probably more than 2gals a day. What should I take to protect my kindneys. Running Test E 750mgs, EQ 600mg. Cranberry extract? Cranberry juice, what?

Cranberry extract works, but as long as you are drinking plenty of water you should be fine.

Try Milk thistle also.
