clomid and nolva question

im about to start my 1st cycle in a few weeks after i finish my research.....
im planing so far on : test e 500mg a week ( 2 shots ).
is 10 mg of nolva per day good ?
and for the pct : im gonna continue the nolva @ 10mg ( correct? )
as well as the clomid . but how much clomid per day and how long?

I'd recommend more research but to answer your questions...Bump the nolva to 20mg/day post cycle and run the clomid at 300/day1, 100/1 week, 50/1 week. These other methods to PCT that you can explore in the PCT forum.

I would start at 10mg of Nolva and if you saw it wasn't enough bump it. I would take it to 20mg for PCT. Try doing a search. You are going to be getting a lot of different opinions on amounts. Just do the search and decide what is best for you.

10mg should be enough on cycle
Run like this for PCT:
Day1 300mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Day 2-11 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Day12-21 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
