    Question Prop PAIN!!

    Any suggestions for relieving the pain of propinate spot injections...especially in the Traps and Bi's??

    Glutes don't hurt as much. I won't do site injections with anything that hurts.

    Watch how your body reacts to the prop on the first shot, I knot up and get a little swelling, I can't use prop on my right glute due to the fact the swelling pinchs a nerve and half my ass is sore and the other numb and crazy swollen, has happened twice in a row.

    Just don't shoot traps and bis. I've shot bis once (once in each) and they swelled like crazy, so I don't shoot them. I can't even imagine shooting traps. Just stick with glutes, quads, and delts.

    Yeah, site injections suck if you're shooting something that hurts. You could cut it with sterile oil if you didn't want to use b12. I've found that if I shoot in places that I have more meat, the shot dosen't hurt near as bad.

    omg i love putting prop in my tri's Bi's its literally like adding 2inches to my arms after i put half a cc in each.. hurts but man its sexy for like 4 days
