Nothing serious, but i do have a rectal fissure. I guess it means that i have a tear on the outside instead of the in. Which is a good thing. Thanx for all the concern.

glad to hear its not to serious thanks for the update....you obviously have to take it easy on the squats
That is true... I'm very dissapointed that i cant do heavy squats or deadlifts for awhile. Oh well, I guess its all for the best.
