    How effective is Clen? What should I expect?

    Combined with a cutting diet and 1hr cardio each day, what should someone around 14% or so BF expect with Clen ? Are the effects drastic/fast, or would you consider it just a good supplement?

    it's good if u know how to use it. i'd suggest u do more research. alot of horror stories going around about clen , but if u know what u're doing than it's great.

    i personally don't like clen . all it did for me was give me a headache and horrible shakes. i'd rather use an ECA stack for losing weight.

    Guys... about the ECA stack... what's the dosage? One tablet of each daily? before or after workout? Any particular brands you reccomend? Thanks for the input!

    E - 25mg
    C - 200mg
    A - 50-80mg

    I take this 3 times a day while cutting. once in the morning before my cardio. again at like noon and again at about 4-5pm.

    expect waking up in the morning and having your leg lock out (right after leg day) and having your roomate watch and laugh as it looks like you're having a seisure jerking side to side to get the cramp out. At least that's what happenend to me this morning, fun times.

    I have done it a few time in the past.

    It could lean u out a bit or it could do nothing at all for u.
    The difference with these two u will determine with the way your diet will look.

    I don't like it. The cramps and shakes aren't worth the results.

    Yeah im running clen now and into my 5th week from the report that hooker put on here to get the best effects and to tell you the truth clen and cardio do not mix !

    I do boxing and cross training and since the 2nd week of taking clen my cardio work out has gone down hill i used to run around 5-7 miles 3 times a week and now i can only do 2 1/2 miles maximum before i get bad aches in my legs and then my head starts to hurt because my body is over heating...so now im just doing it for the 6 weeks to test what it can realy do but then i dont think i ever take it again.

    P.s before you do your cardio { p o p } a caffiene pill or 2 and get results of wieght loss through a proper diet and doing proper exercise.


    Clen = Not good for the results
