Wash your face 2-3 times daily if it gets worst, just go to your doc and he'll perscribe you acne medication.
get some b5 load up on it, wash ur face with a mild soap like proactive then use benzol peroxide, try dawn dishwashing soap on problem areas other than face, tanning, shower after gym,change gym clothes regularly, tea tree oil and if all that fails get some accutane.
If all else fails low dose accutane...........40mg a week will do.

B5 is panthenol. Can get it in powder form.
Try 5g four times daily for 4 weeks and then 5g daily in one dose there after. (Mix it with water - be warned, doesn't taste good though!)

I took Tetracycline and it has totally made a HUGE diffrence in my skin.
Does me too, particularly Dawn as a brand but this is for shoulder, arm and back acne. I dont think lathering up your face in dawn is advisable, it burns the heck out of your eyes. For face, benzoyl peroxide, regular peroxide or rubbing alcohol would be things I would try there.Quote:

niether has worked... then i bought a luffa? not sure how its spelled but thats what did the trick... your not trying to get rid of acne if you dont use one of them cuz after a few days of using one of htem it has all cleared up on my shoulders

what dose is your tetracycline massacre.... 250 or 500mg?
I split the B5 4/4/2 throughout the day. I think its 500mg not too sure.
