I have a stubborn fat area on my lower back, nothing major, but unattractive compared to rest of body. I wrestled through college, I know that my diet is clean.....so how can I get rid of this? I believe that this stems from my 1-AD/4-AD cycles in 2004 and then depending on 6OXO to help combat estrogen. I have just started my Prop/EQ/nolva cycle. It amazes me that I can have good striation, nice abs, yet have the rear love handles. Any help is appreciated.

yeah, some people carry fat/water in different places. My buddy carries his in the exact same spot you do. Now for me, I carry most of my water in my legs, its crazy how much I hold there. I think that prop/EQ and nolva is a **** good way to go though.

I hear ya, Getpumped. But I just believe that these deposits will take more than diet & cardio. He11, I've been doing cardio/diet for 16 years. I have never had this problem till after the prohormones. 9% may not be a pro level, but i sure as hell shouldn't have this problem @ 9%BF either.
    Bump for mor please!

I'm using Lipoderm ultra right now on my trouble spots...love handles. It seems to be working for me. It's supposed to help blood flow in the area of application. If you're in a caloric deficit, it might help you out.
