Maybe small gains....but test e should be shot twice a week. Too little IMO.
Not worth it. It will be enough to shut you down and not enough to get decent gains.

hes 29 years 185lb 5,11 workin out off and on 8 years
definitely too low on the dose then. he needs to run 250mgs 2x a week for like 12 weeks. tell him no more off and on, he needs to stay on his workouts like flies on ****. good luck with everything. make sure he has proper pct and maybe nolva to run throughout. balls out
I understand why he might want to run a low dose cycle first time around, but at that low of a dose the gains may be slim to nothing. Might as well give it a shot with 400mgs-500mgs...any sides and he will know exactly what is causing it.
Cool guys thanks..thats all of what I told em..he was sittin right here and wanted your guys opinion..go figure?..j/k...hes going home..to become an AR member and just put in his first 250 to join the darkside ...Ive created a monster ..cause hes got really good genes..and hes mad strong..hes smaller than me and puts up like 50 more pounds!
