    Arrow Best Cycle for Mass.

    I want to take a stack cycle with Test E. and another roid. I am thinking about winny. How much should I take of each per week. The most injections I can do a week is 2, Tuesdays and Fridays. I would be willing to run the cycle for 10-12 weeks. Here are all the stats I know to help with creating the cycle:
    Weight: 165lbs.
    Height: 6'
    Lifting Experience: 5 Years
    Steroid Experience: 2 cycles completed
    Days at the gym: 4 - 5 times/week
    I wanna bulk up cause I already have all the cuts I need for now. I would like to gain 15 lbs and size is what matters to me.

    i would go for a eth/cyp shot twice a week (not sure how much you've used b4) (200/200) would be ideal imo. and take the stan orally.

    wks 1-11 test e 500mg/wk
    wks 1-10 deca 400mg/wk
    wks 1-4 dbol 30mg ED

    If you are eating right, I can guarantee you that you will easily put on 15 lbs.

    yes nothing put mass on like deca ,dbol . test , but take nolva or i dex or letro , too stop the water rentention i did this cycle you will easy put on 20 pds more like but i would get rid of the bloat use a strong anti-estrogen like nolva or proviron . the roid monkey face was size of a gorilla and my stomach was just huge on this cycle at the same time chest was huge and shoulders were really wide. but keep bloat down youdont wanna look like a beached whale trust me.

    this is the way to go if you are looking for mass.

    winny is not for mass i think you should do some reading on your aas

    i dont mean to flame you bro, but at 6 foot and 165 lbs, i think your lacking a lot of cals and protein in your diet. Maybe not, but your only like 20 and youve done two cycles before? Im all natty and weigh 168 and im only 5'7 and 1/2. i thought it was hard to put on mass until i changed my diet, what does your diet look like?

    You need to look at more than roids... You have done two cycles and you are 165lbs. You might be training to often, or you are not lifting intensely. You also need to eat. I mean alot. You are very skinny for 6' tall. Force feed yourself. You should definately go to the diet forum and try to get your diet and training down before hitting your third cycle. If you do not it will be a great big waste of money.

    I agree, something is wrong somewhere, if you have already completed 2 cycles and you are only 165 at 6 foot, and training for that long. Take a good look at your training and diet.

    I would do this cycle but i would try to get your weight up around 175 before you start. Dbol and test is the mass monster's candy cane

    the two cycle's I did were both cut short.
    the first one was test e 250mg/week for 8 weeks
    the second was test e 500mg/week and deca 300mg/week for 5 weeks.
    neither one was a very good cycle.
    that I lost all my gains after the first cycle.
    I have kept all of it so far from the second but it has only been 2 1/2 weeks.

    If I wanted to run this cycle:
    wks 1-11 test e 500mg/wk
    wks 1-10 deca 400mg/wk
    wks 1-4 dbol 30mg ED
    would it be ok if I did two injections per week? that is the most a week I can do with my schedule.

    350 grams protein perday..

    Bro you need a better base than that. Concentrate on diet. It would be hard to keep gains because your body is not used to supporting a lot of mass yet.

    I'm 6'3 and weigh 203 natty, and I am a hard gainer. You could easily put on a lot more weight, you're only a year younger than me.

    if you dont mind ED injections go for tren ace and test prop

    that will get you huge
    and cut too... zero water or fat

    If you're 165lbs at 6ft tall, thats not true, you can't be eating much of anything at all. I know all about being ecto, its true its tough but far from impossible. Make sure you're eating at least 500g of carbs and 400g protien every day, no exceptions, I'd bet you're not coming close to 1/2 of that.

    but see there would be a few things you would have to counter act.... like the gh... you would have to add t3 to your cycle, as gh will lower your natural thyroid

    eat some food and you will bulk up. you have not even starting growing yet. and you have done 2 cycles. seriously do you eat at all. i am tall too and i know it is hard to put on weight but you really need to think about increasing you calories to about 4-5,000 keep track get about 400 grams of protien and you will gain some good weight. keep lifting bro.

    Mate, take note of what everyone is saying, i used to be 135 at 5 11 and ate aload every day, then i sorted out my diet i now weigh 185, all this in 5 years!!! with out gear. You should eat all the time not while just on a cycle.

    I agree with getpumped. If you can not gain mass on this somthing is wrong. Do not use winstrol if you are trying to bulk or gain a large amount of mass. From the joint pain to the reduction of water retention you are going to be counter productive. Also change your diet and get your weight up naturaly before you hit another one.

    Obviously not if you still are at 168. If you want to be 230lbs then you have to get the quality foods and calories that a 230lber would eat to get there. When trying to put on mass it is all about quality and excesive quantity of food. Eat yourself sick!!!

    yeah totally agree theres definatly something wrong with what ur doing. I'd start by looking at the diet.
