    Anabol

    I just got some Anabol (pink thais). Using them for a jumpstart. Anyway is it best to chew them up? Or does it even matter? Reason I ask is cuz I can't stand the taste of crushed pills. LMK

    Just swallow them, no need to chew IMO...

    I've never used them myself, but from what I've read, it shouldn't matter...

    Some people still prefer to chew them though...(IP Brand)...

    Yeah, a lot better. Gonna go over and see my family in a couple hours with my girlfriend for a big dinner, hopefully get back to the gym next week sometime.
