first cycle... test cyp 200 not stacking.
one 500 mg shot a week or two 250 mg shots mon and thur
10 ml vial. I got my diet, workout, and all that good stuff in check
just need dosage...?

do eod shots to keep the blood levels constant. don't do one or two shots.

Are you saying that you have 1 10ml vial?

10ml will get you a whole 4 weeks, and cyp can be shot once per week, if you want to be extra cautious then shoot twice. I have done both ways and did not notice a difference. Do you have nolva or your pct? More test, all your food and supps?

Run Cypionate for 10 weeks at 250mg twice per week.
You do not need to inject Cycpionate EOD because this is your first cycle and cypionate is vey long acting ester (14 days), so EOD injections make no sense.
