    Question 1 Shot or 2

    I am going to start a cycle of Test E at 500mg each week. Just curious on all of your opinions on 1 shot at 500mg/ew or 2 shots at 250mg on Sunday and Wendsday.

    2 shots is the way to go with test e, like dive said it will keep ur blood levels stabel which will keep the sdies minimal and will help with gains.

    I've heard Monday morning and Thursday evening gives even blood levels and is easy to remember.
