Talking sterile oil not 100% sterile

It was a pain in the ass getting my cottonseed oil into the syringe, so I put some cling wrap over the top so I could turn it upside down and draw it out. But there are now very tiny particles in the oil, less than .0001% My guess is its the "glue like" substance from the cling wrap. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Does anyone think it may not be safe to use now?

BDTR just got out of the hosiptal for an infection. I would take that advice seriously. Run one time through a filter or a possible infection? I would choose the filter.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I think I'll just buy a new bottle of cottonseed oil and deal with the inconvenience of waiting 10 mins to fill up syring, lol. It will cost about the same.

bdtr nailed this one, just use a .20 micron filter and you'll have
little to worry about... It'll catch 99%+ of all spores and bacteria...
