what are your stats? what are your goals?

a lot of people will tell you that test is test... it's really a personal preference

i would recommend a single esther for a first cycle, enanthate being easy because you don't have to inject ed or eod as with prop

I would go for test cyp or test e. Cypionate from experience using it once and twice per week I found no difference. That could mean one shot per week.

all test is the same the only diffrence in them is the half life. for ur first cycle you probably want to use a long ester like enanthate so u only have to shot twice a week. u could do it once a week but twice is better imo
