My 16wk summer cycle

First let me say hello to all, I've been a lurker to the site forever. I'm 5.8' 185-210 about 10%bf. I consider myself a novice at the iron game with about 5 cycles under my belt. This will be my first 16 weeker
Its in two phases the first 8 is to quickly activate growth the other 8 is hopefully fine tuning... :afro:

Eq 600mg wks 1-12
Enathate 750mg wks 1-6
Dbol 40mge/d wks 1-4
Prop 100md eod wks 6-16
Fina 100mg eod wks 6-12
Winny 100md eod wks 10-16

needs some work bro. 6 weeks of enanthate is pointless. Fina needs to be shot ED, prop EOD is ok. Re-arrange it like

wk 1-4 dbol 40mg ED
wk 1-14 Test E 750mg
wk 1-13 EQ 600mg
wk 6-12 Fina 50mg ED
wk 11-16 Winny 50mg ED
wk 15-16 Prop 100mg ED

Good edit, and yes, that is a lot of gear. But, he did say its his 5th cycle. Im just wonderin how you did 5 cycles and you are at 5'8" 185-210.

What are you, 185 or 210? Theres a huge difference in that weight for your height man. if you were 210, i could see where your 5 cycles went......185.......not so much.

thats a 25lb difference bro! thats a pretty big gap lol.. thats like me saying i'm 230-255lbs :lol:

thanks for the replies, my wieght varies from off season to on. I compete, when I'm 185 my bf is around 8% but around 210 its around 12-13%

that for the suggestions I think I'll use "Consistency" edit, but cut the test back some "Thegr80ne"

only one question? prop for only one week?? I thought if I use it through- out the cycle it should cut down one water...

If you are using aromatase inhibitors then you should be ok, diet and cardio will also help in your fine tune phase. Prop is two weeks until pct... week 15 and week 16
