Blood work just done....SCARED off my ass

Ok,

I never had a problem with cholesterol or anything. I just had blood work done and my bad cholesterol was 200, while my good cholesteral was a ****ING 7!!!!

My doctor said my triglycerides were through the roof at like 400. Blood pressure was normal. Liver values were normal. Sugar was normal.

I am smack in the middle of taking 20mg of M1t a day, along with 400mg of 4derm as well and I am about to stop the M1t and hit up anavar for a few weeks.

I ran a search and read about how my numbers are probably inflated due to the m1t. I am just worried as hell that it won't go back down (and up for the good kind) when I am done. I mean a 7!!!! Doctor said she never saw it that low for anyone, ever.

Either way, I am doing a pretty short cycle...nothing long or anything. Should I be freaking out?

no, M1t and 4derm....then finishing with Var. M1t and 4derm work pretty well on me, about as good as sust/winny did.

M1T is probably the worst for cholesterol values. Get off it. I just got some blood work back on test, eq and var and my HDL was 19 and LDL was 181. Liver values were a little high too

once I go off though, should it return to normal? Like I said, it is a short cycle...so we aren't talking about prolonged elevated cholesterol levels. As long as it is only a temporary thing I can deal with it.

I just read so much my head started to mush words together on it, just lookin for a quick answer

it should return to normal. Make sure to get blood work done a few weeks after you finish PCT

I've had mine almost that low from winny. My ratio was 19 to 1, the bad way. Returned to normal fairly quickly. Don't sweat it -- cholesterol values are pretty meaningless when it comes to predicting heart disease.

Red rice yeast will boost your cholesterol back to normal when you come offa that junk. I hate M1T. I get nosebleeds, cramps, stay tired and I'm positive it lowers my immune system...but I'll admit, the gains are explosive.

Bro, just got mine back 306 chol. HDL was a 3 !!! LDL like 350.. 84 to 1 ratio the bad way. Did my first cycle last summer and everything was normal. I was doing Winny by itself the time of lab work... hopefully thats the cause... I know how you're feeling , I freakin out too !!!!

What's the exact length of your cycle? My HDL is normally in the 60's. Never blood tested while on only before and after. You eating lots of omegas?

Winstrol is well known for doing this.

wow, I thought my results were bad for test, eq, and var. What did the doc say?

it should return to normal after you discontinue use...

make sure you're doing some cardio regularly
make sure to get plenty of EFA's (fish oil, flax oil, almonds) and monounsaturated fats (olive oil, nuts, avocado, etc)
and get some fiber - fruits/veggies

that should all help to return you to normal.

Accelerating arteriosclerosis or in simpler terms HDL takes the bad cholesterol out of your blood stream as opposed to it clogging up your arteries. So basically low HDL is a pre-cursor to a heart attack or stroke.

Yup, it is mostly from orals. I think the next generation won't have as many problems, well the ones that stayed away from orals.
