    Hey everyone

    I'm not sure where to post this thread so I'm putting it here where most people will read it....I received a lot of PM's asking what's happened to me lately.....Many of you have noticed that I have not been on the site in awhile and that I have not been able to respond to the many PM's that I have -- sorry everyone......One of my sponsors has come down hard on me regarding discussing steroids , etc.....Unfortunately, I really need the sponsor right now so I've got to live by their rules....

    To everyone who has pm'd me lately and not gotten a response, give me a few days and I'll do my best to respond.....This site is the best and I feel a great deal of loyalty to it and to everyone on it....
