im soon gona be purchasing clen/t3 and i was wondering if you can give me some help. I have tried to searches but none of them have goiven me the answer.

I know what way to dose the clen, but i have questions about both it and the T3. please help me out as i really want to know what i will be doing to my rat!

1)how long should i run the clen for? is there a limit?
2)what supplements should i take with the clen? just potassium and taurine?

3)What way should i run the T3? how many squirts per day etc?
4)how long can this be run for?
5)what supplements do i need for the t3?

is there a maximum time for me to run these, like only for 6 weeks then 2 weeks off or anything

your help is greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure nothing goes wrong and i do not make a big mistake.
