My stats.
190cm,100kg,bf 14%.
My previous cycle was a testo E 500mg ew for 12weeks, with frontload dbol.
I work ut 4days a week and have cardio 3-5times a week.
My goal is to build mass and lower my bf.
Week 1-4 30mg ed Dianabol.
Week 1-12 600mg ew Testo Cypionate.
Week 1-12 400mg ew EQ.
Week 1-12 76mg e3d Parabolan.
Questions:
Can i add 10mg ed nolvadex agains gyno and heavy water retention?
Are the doses of parabolan enought?
What can i expect of this cycle?

yes, you can take nolva to stop the gyno
what type of parabolan do you have? is it tren a? injection frequency depends on the esther, but it sounds pretty low to me
not everyone will agree with me, but i would stop the eq at wk 11 and run the tren wks 5-12 or 6-13

I wouldnt run the parabolan for 12 weeks. Not if you like your kidneys. 2-3 injections/week for 4-5 weeks is enough.
Only take the nolva if your gyno prone.
i've only run tren acetate at 75mg/ed or 150mg/eod.
run the nolva 10mg/ed during the cycle, but bump it up to 20mg/ed during pct
i wouldn't run the tren during wk 1-4 while taking the dbol
