    How much test?

    I am going to start running 300mg of deca 2xs a week. What mgs of test-e do you recomend I run with it? Thanks!

    I don't think you need to inject deca two times a week it has a very long halflife. What ever dose of deca you use, use a dose of test that at least 200mg more then the deca.

    750mgs test with that will do just fine, and twice a week is better than once.
