I start my 1st cycle next week. I plan on keeping a full log, as I already do for regular exercise and diet, and sleep.... and Blood pressure....,and basal body temp....and everything else that can be logged, but then again thats just me.
nah, i just put an x on my calendar on shot days so i can remember when i started
this is my first really serious cycle ( tren ED, 600mg EQ/week and 1Gram Test E/week with a 4 week dbol jumpstart... ) I will be shooting 1 cc of tren a day and adding in a little test or EQ so I will need a diary to help with that...

well i never come off anymore but i plan everything out one month at a time and keep a log of that. always keep the same base, but add or change orals, susp. etc.
