hey guys lately my chest gets tight and feels like it needs to click so i arch my back and sometimes it does, but the thing is how can your chest click cause there are no joints like in your fingers?
has any one else had this, sometimes it gets really painful if it doesnt click

Cant remember the name, but its nothing to worry about. Its the ribcage.
That will be your ribcage expanding mate.
Same experience here... it's subsiding on its own tho. Never developed in to anything more painful.

its the cartilidge in your sternum. Nothing to worry about. I can pop mine at will!
Its a symptom of costochondritis. Its inflammed cartlidge around the third rib down from your collarbone. I have it too, sometimes it pops if it stretch. I got it from doing preacher curls on the bench.
No big deal, you just gotta live with it.
