    Cycle Critique PROS ONLY

    Heres my stats, 15 years training experience, 12 comp's, only AMA, Goin for my pro card...im 5'10 248 9.5% bodyfat.
    My comp in september, I would like to be competiting at 230ish 4% bodyfat, last competition i was 218...@ 3.5%

    Last cycle:
    1-14 2000mg of cyp
    1-12 900mg of deca
    1-8 700mg of tren
    8-14 350 winny/300 primo
    the last year ive been on 5 ius of gh 7 days a week....
    Goal was lean mass....nolva at 20mg a day arimidex at 1mg a day
    hcg 750iu's 3 times a week for 3 weeks 3 times through cycle...u get the idea

    The cycle i need critiqued....my goal is mass at first....then get shreaded...
    1-12 2500mg of cyp/500mg of prop
    1-8 1050 mg of tren
    1-4 225mg of anadrol
    1-14 20mg of nolva, 1mg of arimidex,
    1-14 100mg a day of proviron
    10-14 45mg a day of halotestin
    6-14 500mg a week of winny
    12-14 200mg a day of suspension with proper sodium loading
    6-8ius of GH

    Im starting this cycle 14 weeks before my comp, Critique please, I know the doses are high but this is what my trainer put me on. I'd like additional imput

    looks nice.. my only suggestion is to start a few weeks earlier.. basically make is longer then 14 weeks.

    I would switch over to prop alot sooner then week 12. I'd only go to week 10...then over to the prop.

    im using prop for the whole 12 weeks with cyp, im using arimidex nolva, proviron to keep the bloat down

    remember at that point im also gonna be on GH over 11/2 years, im gonna up the dose to 6 ius this week

    Yeah I guess it's not really gonna make a difference.
    How bout using letro instead of armdex? 1.25mgs ed should keep u dry as hell.

    I really wouldn't think there's much of a difference between 40 and 50mgs ed of halo although I'm far from an expert on halo so maybe someone else would have a better answer.

    I'm sure someone doing a cycle like that is going to take b6 etc but he probably didn't feel like typing out all the supps he takes.
    The list of his supps are probably longer then the gear one

    I think it looks good the way it is, but i would run it 18 weeks also to give yourself more time so that you retain as much muscle as possible, 45mg of Halo is plenty. Good luck.

    Personally if I were you I would do some research on insulin and add that to your bulking part of the cycle - I do believe you will see great benefit considering your gh dosage, the length you have run it, and the extensive amount of anabolics you will be running alongside.

    Otherwise it looks good to me bro.

    b6 didn't do the job for me...i would get some bromo's a side..

    hope this trainer of yours pays for your blood work and any medical bills

    thats way too much gear given your weight

    i wouldnt even reccomend that to bdtr..but i realise how it goes and you do what you gotta do

    at least get blood work every couple of weeks and be safe about it, esp with your estrogen, liver values, and very important your blood pressure!

    Just be careful running all that winny on top of the halo. I personally usually go heavy on the orals but I believe halo is the one 17AA that deserves a lot of respect.

    Well im a male nurse also, yes im straight, the money's good, i get blood work done usually every 3 weeks, ive been juicing for over 10 years, i train with victor martinez's trainer at steel NYC

    I've had a bad experience with insulin , and Im pretty knowledgeable about it, I really dont wanna use it again, MAybe ill use IGF-1 r3 with the Gh, I've been on gh for over a year this time, last time I was on for 2 years 4-5 ius
