First Deca/Dbol Cycle

hi i was wondering what the best way is to cycle deca with dbol this will be my first ever cycle
im 165lbs 20years old, i was also wondering if i should take any other supplements other then protein while using deca and dbol, and how the best way is to keep gains after comming off a deca/dbol cycle.

Buddy, sounds like you have alot to learn and gain before you should consider doing a cycle. Try to improve your diet and/or training and gain weight naturally. Stick around and learn. You should also have some knowledge about what you are putting into yourself.

Where is the Test? Test as a base for at least most cycles is a great rule to follow. There are a slew of sides that can come from using Deca without supplementing with some form of Test. You do like sex don't you?

You should spend more time researching about steroids before you use them, however to answer you question: deca and dbol is not a good cycle.
You should never do a cycle without test for several reasons including bad sex drive and lowered efectiveness.
Also, you need to research PCT.
