1st cycle advice...

1st time poster, longtime lurker.

First off, I just want to say thanks to everyone on these boards. I've learned a lot over the past few months.

Now, I know there's no "right" answer to my question, but I figured I'd throw it out there just to get the full range of opinions.

This will be my 1st cycle, and I want to gain the most using the least. In other words, I want to do a relatively low dose cycle for my first time, but I want to see 10-15 pounds of lean muscle mass by the end. As of right now I'm thinking about doing 300 mg Test En and 200 mg Deca per week for 10 weeks. Would Sust or Cyp be better than En for a first cycle? What are the advantages/disadvantages of using Cyp or Sust instead of En with Deca? I know that I should run the test higher than the deca because of potential libido problems with the deca. I think I've got all the info I need for now on PCT. I've ruled out taking 17 AA's for now. I'm not a big fan of needles, but I'm not too worried about it after reading a lot on how to inject from various users here and elsewhere.

BTW, I'm 24 yrs old, 5' 11", 175. Been working in the gym for a couple of years. Gains have really slowed down the past 6 months. I'm ready. I can feel it.

I did that same first cycle except 500test/400deca . But alot of people say low doses works so you should be ok .

I gained a solid 20lbs .

this is ur first cycle so i would do test only like this
test e. 500mg/week 1-12
u got nolva on hand. and pct ready.

The theroy is to see how your body reacts to 1 substance as to sides . If you combine more than one and get bad side-effects , you wont know what ones causing them .

yeah what ohfosho said and also u will see very nice gains off just test. you can add it if u want
300mg/week 1-10

if your adding decca, 100mg lower then test

So then I assume adding one substance per cycle is the way it's usually done? Makes some sense, but couldn't one also have a bad reaction from a particular combination of AS that one has tried seperately with no ill effects? In other words, isn't it possible that I could use Sust on its own, have no ill effect, then use deca on its own (or at least without Sust) in a different cycle, have no ill effects, but have a bad reaction from cycling the 2 together? In this case the sides would not be isolable.
