Hey guys!
I was just looking at arnolds pumping iron and as usual got eager to juice.
But i've had som bad runnings with steroids (too much too young).
I was wondering how they(mike katz, franko columbo and all the other pros at that time) managed to get that slim waist while on the juice?
Just compare to the guys at the gym. or the pros.
did they take small ammounts for a longer period of time?
help me get a waist like arnolds. plz ;)
