how did the cycles look before 1975? comparrison

Hey guys!

I was just looking at arnolds pumping iron and as usual got eager to juice.
But i've had som bad runnings with steroids (too much too young).
I was wondering how they(mike katz, franko columbo and all the other pros at that time) managed to get that slim waist while on the juice?
Just compare to the guys at the gym. or the pros.
did they take small ammounts for a longer period of time?
help me get a waist like arnolds. plz

They didn't take GH back then, High doses of GH will give you that gut look.

Roid gut? Mywaist is leaner than hell on a cycle. It is a cortisol blocker, and gets rid of that fat on lower stomach with ease for me...

Anyone know where Arnold says this? I know he admitted to steroid use , but I do not recall anywhere where he mentions the exact substances used...

They took GH back then and it came from human corpses. They did not take as much GH and for as long a time is what I will side with.

I am not sure but i think Insulin has an effect on your gut too( makes your organs bigger. Anyone know if this is right? Also genetics have alot to do with it.
