1st cycle dbol oral?

i have heard that taking dbol orally can cause bad liver pain during a users 1st cycle, is that still the case during a test e/dbol cycle where only 50mg ed are taken for wks 1-4 and combatted with mass water drinking and milk thistle?

Depends on how you react to it. Personally, i left the dbol out on my first cycle, to see how my body responded to its first doses of test. Didnt want to have sides and have to guess whether it was from dbol or the test. My gains were still excellent.
