Im doing my first cylce of test e 500mg ew for 10 weeks. I was thinking of adding 50 mg winny tabs ed for the last 5 weeks... Would this help me keep my gains? What can I do to keep as much of my gains as possible?

PCT consisting of Clomid, Nolvadex, and possibly HCG along with a good diet and training should help you keep at least 80% of your gains.

Eat slightly more than you did on-cycle.
Lower the volume of training a bit...focus on compound movements like bench, squat, deads.Quote:

I dont have the winny yet. Would it be worth it to spend 100 bucks on it for the last 5 weeks of my cycle? I dont want to cycle again till next spring so I want to keep every ounce I can.

well im doin same cycle as u a little different. I'm doing test enath 375mg a w/deca 300mg/eq 400mg along with hcg n proper pct at the end of 16 weeks. Im dropping the deca week 12 n gonna bump the eq to 500mg n for the last 5 weeks im gonna throw in winny at 50mg a day
most gains will be kept if diet is in check and training remains intense!
though you will lose the water from the Test.
