hi ijust had a few questions does this work to get rid of stomach and love handle fat... i know there is no such thing as spot reduction but those like most are where i have some.. also does it have any sides? can it be taken by itself? how long to take and how much? any info on it would help. thanks
You need to read the Clen Handbook in the education section. Yes it has sides including rapid heart beat, shortness of breath, chest pain, nausea, cramps, etc. To avoid cramps use taurine 3-5 grams ed, and 500mg of potassium ed before bed on an empty stomach.
