    23 on my 4th but my 2nd real cycle done right... 1st was 5 weeks of deca lol 2nd was 15 weeks deca,sust,dbol but all fukd up. starting weight 150lbs 11% 6'0(iknow iknow) NOW 6'0 235 8%
