I'm 22, 5'8" 177lbs, 15%bf....work out 5 days a week, watch my diet
anyhow, I'm going to start taking Sust250 on Mon/Thurs for 8 weeks, with Nolv as my anti-e. So that's 500mg a week. Any diet suggestions? is taking creatine ok? I'm not stacking this with anything yet, I would like to in a few weeks, but I don't have access to anything other than Sust and Deca 50mg. I get everything here in Mexico. Thanks.
