I would say so. Unless you have 50mg pills then you are kind of screwed. But I say take a little more to compensate for what doesnt get absorbed properly.

50mg every day is a good dose. The rumors about spot growth with winny are false. It will not casue spot growth when injected into areas such as bis/tris/chest/delts/etc.
