    Gyno Help

    Guys I have gyno from PH use about 1 year ago. What can I do besides sugery to help treat and reduce it? I have puffy nipps and my chest has no shape.

    Nolva, Vitex, rebound XT, etc???

    You could try Nolvadex at 80mg a day for a couple of weeks and failing that give some Arimidex a try.
