right now i'm on my 2nd week of a test 400 deca 300 cycle... dont know if i need more food intake or up the gear...
Stats: 5'10 200lbs.
cycle: test 400 (400 mg) and deca (300mg) a week...
food : right around 4-5K cal. per day...
when i started my cycle i was around 192lbs
any advice or comments ????? Thanks
