ajax is right, the drug profiles will help you immensely. however, we can give you a few points here.
gains-tremendous(lots of water though)
sides- extremely harsh. anadrol in low doses, for a short amount of time is the norm.
strength-also up there. you will definitely see and feel a difference.
gyno-a distinct possibility, and its a progesterone type gyno, so no help unless you run winny(which some say is anti-progestenic) or ru-486.
im sure ive missed some things , but at least you have some points to go on now.

Never heard of anybody using Chrysin as an Anti-e. Nolvadex and Arimidex are the standards.
