    b12 for m1t lethargy

How much injectable b12 would be good to combat m1t lethargy and appetite suppression?

Start off with 500mcg per day or 1000mcg EOD. See how that works. If you don't get anything from it try bumping it up another 500mg or so. After using it for a month or so, you might want to take a little break from it (about a month) to keep your body from becoming too used to it. Remember, some people don't get any benefits from the stuff.

I think you mean 500-1000 mcg.
Most B12 injectable from what I've seen is 1000 mcg per ml. I use 1 ml/cc a day or 1000 mcg. Seems to help with appetite.

If you're using m1t alone than I'd think the lethargy is more from a suppressed hpta w/no exogenous testosterone .

i may look into that, i've never cycled before. i know test is best and it should be the foundation of all cycles though i can get m1t from my local supp store still and didn't want to be looking for a source.
