My goal is hit about 200-205 with single digit body fat
Ok bros here it goes

w1-16 test cyp (400-500mg)
w1-12 Deca (300mg)
w1-15 eq(400mg)
w13-18 winny(50MG a day)
w18-22 clomid 100mg a day
hcg in the middle n the end b4 pct
oh i forgot to mension i did front load the test/cyp/eq for the first 2 weeks where i took double the normal dosage. Also running 200mgb6, 20mg nolva, 25mg provorin everyday through out the cycle. Any input from knowlegable bros is welcome

I would jump start it with something. I think the Deca dose is a little low. I heard EQ works best at 600mg/week but then you have to bump your test dose.. Not being negative but I doubt you will reach your goal with this cycle.. Good luck..

You could also do a little better with your PCT. I would use Pheednos PCT protocol and add some trib to it.

Day 1-15 100mg clomid, 20mg nolva, .25mg ldex, 4g trib
Day 16-30 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva, .25mg ldex, 4g trib

I used to run my PCT like you are going to. But since I have been using this protocol I feel so much better afterwards. Adding the ldex does wonders. In stimulating HPTA estrogen is the enemy and ldex really helps out with that. Get some from ARR, and test it out on your rats.

Remember Cyp is 18days, and i'd run .5 arim eod throughout... Other then that, I'd keep pct simple...Nolva/clomid 40/100 15days 20/50 15days..

The chemicial name is Anastrozole, you can buy it from ARR, its called LiquiDex. Also I would not listen to quez82 about your PCT. Read this thread and see why you should run your PCT like I stated. The thread is backed up by various studies. Pheedno's PCT
