Its more valuable during PCT IMO.
If you have extra money to throw out I guess go for it other than depending on your cycle it might just add to water bloat IMO depending on your cycle... I agree with young slug it is much more useful during pct
I save it for PCT... actually right now I'm on a Var/IGF cycle and using creatine with it just because they go hand in hand with one another. But whenever Im using test and real gear I save it for PCT.

Yep im adding CEE as well when I add var to my cycle. Other than that I would save it for PCT but it goes well for phosphocreatine synthesis.Quote:

its awesome for PCT but I stay off of it on cycle
unless you want the added bloat keep it for PCT

I used to use it alot (the monohydrate version). Then on my last cycle I used it with slin (which makes it even more effective) and it bloated me like crazy. I'm going to try creatine ethyl ester during my pct and see if it truly doesn't bloat you like everyone says.
using it during PCT will also help retain strength gains
