ok I was doing biceps few weeks and out of no where i was getting a pain on my elbow i ignored it and thought it would heal. Now my left elbow cracks like crazy and sometimes it when i try to extend it. it would lock mid way and i have to bring it back up and down again. now it is affecting my exersises i have to substitute alot of exercises for others that wont hurt my elbow. this cracking knows happens mostly everything my arm is bent and i go to extend it does anyone know if this is seriose and i need to go to a doc or it would heal eventually? i been taking joint lub pills and only little improvement. I guess i hurt it again today doing shoulders because is cracking more then usual should i just try and workout safetly to see if it heals or wa?
