I have done lots of research on clenbuterol . I have found different ideas., for example the way clen is supossed to be taken. I have read that some go 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off. I read another where they go 6 weeks straight and then go off for 2 weeks and continue the routine. Which is the best? I also found it is good to take T3 along with Clen. I understand that this can be very dangerous if not taken properly, so I want to ask anyone what they think the proper doses of Clen and T3 are for my stats? I am 19, 5'8 195 10% body fat, and have been lifting for a good 4 years. Steroid free user (for now at least). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
