Best cycle for quick gains
I am not expecting to turn into the hulk overnight or anything , but I have a meet coming up in about 60 days. What type of cycle should I run to establish some real strength gains ? I do not have any cycle experience . I weigh 260 , I am about 6'3 and my Bench press is 405 lbs .

quick gains=water. if it is for power, different story.
