    1st cycle

    So this is my first cycle and I'm looking for it to be a mild one. I'm looking to gain about 5-10 lbs of lean muscle. Stats are 5'11, 185 lb with 8 yrs lifting.

    As of now its:
    300 mg/wk of eq for 10 wks
    200 mg/wk of primo for 10 wks with pct of course.

    I'm trying to avoid test as to see how my body reacts first.Does my original cycle have enough to have me reach my goals with proper training, diet, sleep, etc? Thanks for the help people.

    dose and length of the EQ seem a little low. and i don;t know a whole lot abotu primo so i will not comment on ti. What i would personally do is a basic 10=12 week test E only cycle. start with seeing how you react to test before other compounds, then from then out you can make that the base of your cycle and add other things onto it.
    Witha test E only you should be able to gain at least 15-20 lbs. If bloat is a big concern for you then use ldex and you won;t appear as puffy so the gains you see on the scale will be more muscle then water retention.

    forget the primo, too short, dosage too low. make it simple. take test e for 12 weeks.

    i'll 5th.......this is gonna be the biggest waste of cash.......

    first of all, you only want 5-10 lbs of muscle...this can easily be done naturally bro. If you dont want to use test, you shouldnt be cycling at all IMO.
