tack on the time for pct as well. So for example if you take test e for 12 weeks, tack on 2 weeks until the start of pct and another 3-4 weeks of pct. So you would want to be off for 17-18 weeks. Personally I have been happy doing one 16 week cycle per year.

I was off for about 20 years so I'll be on for about 20 years.
if you get bloodwork done and its back to normal your good to go IMO

okay, thanks guys. That's what I did by the way. I went 10 weeks on and then took ten weeks off. It's still very weird though that I can't break 190 lbs. I think I'll try to add IGF to my cycle.
