Alright guys. I ran my first cycle Last summer. I ran 400mg test/200 mg deca per week. Proper pct, everything was great. I kept about 8-10 lbs after pct recovery. I tried the low dose approach and was thoroughly impressed. I am in the process of doing a syno conversion, and will have plenty of prop to run my second cycle. I am 6'1, 190, and am looking to keep around 200-205 after pct recovery. I want to do a test only cycle this go around.
Diet is in check, and have been steady training since before first cycle.
I want to run the prop @ 75 mg's everyday. I was thinking 12 weeks, or should I shorten it to 10, 8?
I was planning on running l-dex everyday, which dosage do you guys reccommend?
Also, should I run any other compounds along the way? I am lean, and want to keep as much water and estro-fat buildup off as possible, but I don't mind putting on some.
Plan on using pheedno's pct as well.
