T3/ clen cycle for female

Can anyone recommend a good clen / T3 cycle for females? I am not taking any AS, only occasional Hydroxycut... I've only seen cycles posted for men, and I'm sure the dose is too high...

Also, are you suppossed to divide the dose and take it several times a day? Or do you just take the total dose 1x day?

Stats:

5'6" 125 lb

My workout time varies... anywhere from 11am to 4 pm...
cardio / running 5x week
strength training 5x/ week
